What does eXantria charge creators?
eXantria charges 20% on all your platform earnings. That fee is deducted automatically from your earnings before payouts are processed. The Start page earnings simulator also frames creator take-home as 80% after the platform fee.
The FAQ states there are no additional platform fees beyond that 20%. Your bank or payment provider may still charge its own processing fees, and those remain your responsibility.
Separately, the Terms note that there may be additional fees depending on the payment gateway used; for credit cards, it is about 3%.
You cannot avoid the 20% platform fee. It is the standard charge for using eXantria’s services.
How do creators get paid?
Creators are paid once a month. You must submit a payment request with Make withdrawal first. Processing takes 14 business days from the date the request was submitted. The FAQ adds that you can view an estimated payment date in the system, calculated from your withdrawal date.
New creators: the Terms say you can submit a withdrawal request only after a 30-day grace period counting from the day you sign up.
Chargebacks: if a fan’s credit card payment is charged back, the money is returned to the fan and deducted from the creator’s account (Terms).
Which payout methods can I use?
From your creator account, go to Menu → Financial → Payout Method and choose one of three options published in the FAQ:
- Bank Transfer
- GCash
- KBZ Pay / Wave
Bank Transfer details to prepare
To avoid delays, provide complete and accurate information. For Bank Transfer the FAQ lists:
- Full name (must match your registered name)
- Bank account number
- Bank name
- Full address (street, city, and country)
- Email address (for notification)
- Postcode (for correct routing)
Incomplete or mismatched details can delay your payout.
Myanmar creators (KBZ Pay)
The Terms add Myanmar-specific requirements for withdrawals:
- ID with name
- KBZ Pay Account Level 2
- Your KBZ Pay account name must match the name on your ID
If these do not match, creators assume all risks, including withdrawals. eXantria uses the current KBZ bank rate at the time of payment.
Is a video call required for the first withdrawal?
Yes. The FAQ says eXantria requires a short video call for identity verification on your first withdrawal. Schedule it through your Telegram support group.
The Terms add that new creators who do not have a strong social media presence must complete a short video verification before their first withdrawal, holding up their ID to confirm they are the person on the document.
Why might a payment be late?
The FAQ lists common causes:
- Incomplete or inaccurate payment details
- Pending verification (including the first-withdrawal video call)
- System reviews for Terms of Service compliance
- Insufficient subscriber posts as required per month under the Terms

What posting rules affect payouts?
Creators who charge a monthly subscription must publish a minimum of 2 posts per week and 10 posts per month available to paid subscribers (Terms). Falling short for a continuous 60 days may lead to the account being marked inactive or unpublished, which may pause new subscriptions, hide the page from explore, and delay payment by 30–60 days.
To reactivate, log in, publish at least one subscriber post per day, and upload a total of at least 5 subscriber posts.
How do earnings and the fee fit together?
Fans support you through subscriptions, tips, and exclusive content. The Start page emphasizes $0 to get started: create a free account with no credit card required for signup. You choose your content and set your subscription price. You create; eXantria handles the rest, and the 20% platform fee is deducted automatically from your earnings before payouts are processed.

Open a free account from the Start flow, complete accurate registration details, and submit identification for creator verification. The FAQ notes approval may take a few days, and creators must be 18+.
