eXantria Creator Account Approval Guide
Share
To get your eXantria creator account approved, you must be 18 or older, register with accurate personal information, and submit a valid Government-Issued ID that clearly shows your picture and age. The FAQ says approval may take a few days, and it lists incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information, or not meeting the eligibility criteria, as reasons an application may be rejected.
eXantria is a content creators platform where fans can back your work through subscriptions, tips, and exclusive content. This guide walks through what eXantria asks for when you apply, why an application can be rejected or blocked, and which checks still come after approval, before your first withdrawal.
What do I need to open an eXantria creator account?
The FAQ describes the process in one line: visit eXantria.com/signup, register with accurate personal information, and submit identification for verification. Here is what that means in practice, using only what the FAQ and Terms of Service say:
- Age: the Terms state the Website “is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older,” and the FAQ lists the age requirement (must be 18+) as a reason an account cannot be opened.
- Accurate details: register with accurate personal information. The details you give at signup matter later too, because for Bank Transfer payouts the FAQ says your full name must match your registered name.
- Identification: the Terms (Creators Obligations) say creators need to submit a valid Government-Issued ID card, clearly showing their picture and age, and that eXantria may perform additional checks if necessary.
Opening the account itself costs nothing. The Start page lists $0 to get started and says you can sign up in seconds with no credit card required.
Government-Issued ID: an official ID card that clearly shows your picture and your age. The Terms require every creator to submit one, and eXantria may perform additional checks if necessary.
How long does creator approval take?
The FAQ says approval may take a few days. It does not give a fixed number of days, so plan for a short wait after you submit your ID. A good use of that time is preparing your profile photo, bio, and first posts so you can publish soon after you are approved.
For profile tips you can apply as soon as you are in, see How to Set Up and Optimize Your eXantria Creator Profile.
Why was my creator application rejected?
According to the FAQ, a rejection may occur because of:
- Incomplete information
- Inaccurate information
- Outdated information
- Failure to meet eligibility criteria
The FAQ’s advice is to contact support for feedback. Before you contact them, check the basics yourself: is every field filled in, is the information accurate and up to date, is the ID still valid, and does it clearly show your picture and age?
Why can’t I open an eXantria creator account at all?
The problem can also appear before review. The FAQ says you may be unable to open a creator account because of:
- Regional restrictions
- Age requirements (you must be 18+)
- An existing account
In each case, the FAQ says to check with support for assistance. If you think you already registered in the past, ask support about that account instead of creating a second one.
What checks come after approval?
Approval lets you start creating, but a few verification steps are tied to getting paid. It helps to know them early.
The 30-day grace period
The Terms (Payment) say new creators can submit a withdrawal request only after a 30 days’ grace period, counting from the day they sign up on eXantria.
The first-withdrawal video call
The FAQ says eXantria requires a short video call for identity verification on your first withdrawal, to ensure security and compliance with platform policies, and that you schedule it through your Telegram support group. The Terms describe a similar check for new creators who do not have a strong social media presence: during a short video verification, you hold up your ID to confirm you are the same person pictured on it. The Terms say this step helps protect against fraud.
First-withdrawal video call: a short identity video call before your first payout. The Terms add that new creators without a strong social media presence hold up their ID on camera so eXantria can confirm they are the person pictured on it.
Payout details that match your registration
To set up payouts, the FAQ says to log in and go to Menu > Financial > Payout Method, then choose one of three options: Bank Transfer, GCash, or KBZ pay/Wave. For Bank Transfer, the full name must match your registered name, and the FAQ notes that incomplete or mismatched details may delay your payout. The Terms add that Myanmar-based creators must provide an ID with name and a KBZ Pay Account Level 2, and that the Pay Account name must match the ID.

What should I check before posting my first content?
Once you are approved, the content rules apply to everything you publish. The FAQ says you can share photos, videos, text, and other materials as User Content, and that all content must comply with the Terms of Service and local laws. The Terms also state that Adult-Oriented Content is not allowed.
If you plan to charge a monthly subscription, the Terms require a minimum of 2 posts per week and 10 posts per month available to your paid subscribers. See What Content Is Allowed on eXantria for the full list of rules and what happens to inactive accounts.
Creator approval checklist
- You are 18 or older.
- Every signup field is complete and accurate.
- Your Government-Issued ID is valid and clearly shows your picture and age.
- Tip: use the same name you will use for payouts. For Bank Transfer, the FAQ says the full name must match your registered name, and for Myanmar creators the Terms say the KBZ Pay Account name must match the ID.
- You have only one eXantria account.
- You know the 30-day grace period and the first-withdrawal video call.

Is it free to apply as an eXantria creator?
Yes. The Start page lists $0 to get started and says no credit card is required to sign up.
How old do I have to be?
You must be 18 or older. Both the Terms and the FAQ state this requirement.
Can I reapply after a rejection?
The FAQ does not describe a reapplication process. It says to contact support for feedback, so start there and fix any incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information they point out.
Do I need a video call to get approved?
