Your First 30 Days on eXantria: A Week-by-Week Plan for New Creators

Your first 30 days on eXantria are for three jobs: get verified, build your page with regular posts, and get your payout details ready. The Terms say new creators can submit a withdrawal request only after a 30 days’ grace period, counting from the day they sign up on eXantria, so the first month is your setup window.

This guide turns that month into a week-by-week plan. The split into weeks is our suggestion. Every eXantria rule in it comes from the official Terms of Service, the FAQ, or the eXantria Start page.

What happens in your first 30 days on eXantria?

Here is the plan at a glance:

  • Week 1: sign up early, submit your ID and wait for approval.
  • Week 2: set up your page, your prices and your first posts.
  • Week 3: post on a steady schedule and add your payout method.
  • Week 4 to day 30: check your details, prepare for a possible video call, and submit your first withdrawal request when the grace period ends.

Week 1: How do I get my creator account approved?

Signing up for eXantria, the content creators platform, is free. The Start page says it costs $0 to get started, and no credit card is required.

eXantria is only for people who are 18 or older. The FAQ says you register with accurate personal information and submit identification for verification. The Terms ask creators for a valid government-issued ID card that clearly shows their picture and age. eXantria may also perform additional checks if necessary.

The FAQ says approval may take a few days. An application can be rejected if the information is incomplete, inaccurate or outdated, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Tip: use the same name everywhere. Your registered name will matter again in week 3, when you add your payout details. For each step of the approval, read our eXantria creator account approval guide.

Week 2: How should I set up my eXantria page?

Once you are approved, decide how you will earn. The FAQ lists subscriptions, content sales, paid chats, custom perks and referral commissions. Your earnings are counted in USD.

Pick a subscription price you can justify. The earnings simulator on the Start page lets you try a follower count and a monthly price, and shows an estimate after the platform fee. The Start page says actual results vary with content quality and engagement.

Keep your page clean from day one:

  • Put your social media links only in your profile settings. The Terms do not allow advertising other platforms, such as Viber, and creators who advertise their own channels will be banned.
  • Do not sell your services outside the platform while you use eXantria. The Terms say this leads to a ban.
  • Upload sharp, good-quality images. eXantria can remove low-quality and blurred images, and posts with excessive pricing.

Weeks 2 to 4: How often do I need to post?

If you charge a monthly subscription, the Terms set a minimum. You must publish at least 2 posts per week and 10 posts per month that your paid subscribers can see.

This rule matters for your first payout too: the FAQ lists too few subscriber posts as one reason a payment can be late.

Posting also keeps your page active. If you stay below the minimum for 60 days in a row, eXantria may mark your account inactive or unpublish your page. New subscriptions may then be paused, and your page may disappear from search and explore pages. To reactivate, you log in, publish at least one subscriber post per day, and upload a total of at least 5 subscriber posts.

Follow the content rules as you post. Adult-oriented content is not allowed. Violence, violent material and abusive language are not allowed either. The FAQ also says you may not repost Instagram or Facebook content and charge users a fee for it.

A fixed rhythm makes the minimum easy. See how to plan a weekly posting schedule on eXantria.

Week 3: How do I add my payout method?

Do this well before day 30. The Terms ask you to update your payout bank information to avoid delays.

  1. Log in and go to Menu > Financial > Payout Method.
  2. Choose one of the three options: Bank Transfer, GCash, or KBZ Pay/Wave.
  3. Enter your details completely and check them twice.

For Bank Transfer, the FAQ asks for your full name, which must match your registered name. It also asks for your bank account number, bank name, full address (street, city and country), email address and postcode.

For KBZ Pay, the Terms ask for an ID with your name and a KBZ Pay account at Level 2. The name on the KBZ Pay account must match the name on your ID.

Know the fee before you plan. eXantria charges a 20% fee on all your platform earnings, so creators keep 80%. The fee is deducted automatically before payouts are processed. The FAQ says there are no additional platform fees beyond the 20%, but your own bank or payment provider may charge processing fees, and those are your responsibility.

Day 30: How do I request my first withdrawal?

When the 30-day grace period ends, you can submit your first withdrawal request.

  1. Submit your payment request with the Make withdrawal button.
  2. Watch your estimated payment date. The FAQ says the system shows it and calculates it from your withdrawal date.

Creators are paid once a month. The Terms say it takes 14 business days to process a request, counted from the date you submit it.

Will I need a video call before my first withdrawal?

Possibly. The Terms say new creators who do not have a strong social media presence must complete a short video verification before their first withdrawal. During the call, you hold up your ID to confirm that you are the person shown on it. This step helps to protect against fraud.

The FAQ says you schedule the call through your Telegram support group. Ask there in week 4, so the call does not hold up your first payout.

What can slow down your first payout?

According to the FAQ, a payment can be late for these reasons:

  • Incomplete or inaccurate payment details, such as missing bank information.
  • Pending verification, including the video call.
  • System reviews for compliance with the Terms of Service.
  • Too few subscriber posts in the month.

You can prepare for each one in your first month. If a problem continues, the FAQ tells you to contact support.

Your first 30 days checklist

  1. You are 18 or older and have a government-issued ID that shows your picture and age.
  2. Your page is set up, with your social links only in your profile settings.
  3. If you charge a subscription, you post at least 2 times per week and 10 times per month for subscribers.
  4. Your payout method is saved, and your payout account name matches your registered name (Bank Transfer) or the name on your ID (KBZ Pay).
  5. You asked your Telegram support group whether you need a video call.
  6. After the 30-day grace period ends, you submit your request with Make withdrawal and allow 14 business days.
