Is eXantria Legit? What Creators Should Check Before Joining

Share

Is eXantria legit? Yes. eXantria is a content creators platform that publishes its rules for anyone to check: who can join, what it charges, and how payouts work. Creators keep 80% of their earnings, payouts are made once a month, and every creator must submit a government-issued ID.

You should not take any platform’s word on trust, though. This guide lists the facts you can check yourself. Each one comes from the official Terms of Service, the FAQ, or the eXantria Start page.

Who runs eXantria and where are the rules?

The Terms of Service name the company that operates the website and give a postal address for legal questions. The Start page says eXantria has been online for more than 10 years.

The rules live on two public pages:

  • Terms of Service: the legal agreement. It covers eligibility, content rules, payments, refunds and creator obligations.
  • FAQ: short answers about sign-up, payouts, fees and content.

Read both before you sign up. When you register, you agree to be bound by the Terms.

Who can join eXantria as a creator?

eXantria is only for people who are 18 or older. To open a creator account, you register with accurate personal information and submit identification for verification. The Terms ask creators for a valid government-issued ID card that clearly shows their picture and age. eXantria may also perform additional checks if necessary.

The FAQ says approval may take a few days. An application can be rejected if the information is incomplete, inaccurate or outdated, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria. Regional restrictions or an existing account can also stop a sign-up. Our guide on how to get your eXantria creator account approved walks through each step.

Signing up is free. The Start page says it costs $0 to get started, and no credit card is required.

How much does eXantria take from creator earnings?

Creators keep 80%. The FAQ says eXantria charges a 20% fee on all your platform earnings. The fee is deducted automatically before payouts are processed. The earnings simulator on the Start page uses the same split.

The FAQ also says there are no additional platform fees beyond the 20%. Your own bank or payment provider may charge processing fees, and those are your responsibility.

The 20% fee cannot be avoided. It is the standard fee for using the service. For a full breakdown, read how eXantria fees and withdrawals work.

Your earnings are counted in USD. The FAQ lists subscriptions, content sales, paid chats, custom perks and referral commissions as ways to earn.

How and when do eXantria creators get paid?

Creators are paid once a month. The Terms and the FAQ describe the steps:

  1. Log in and go to Menu > Financial > Payout Method.
  2. Choose one of the three options: Bank Transfer, GCash, or KBZ Pay/Wave.
  3. Submit your payment request with the Make withdrawal button.
  4. Wait for processing. The Terms say it takes 14 business days from the date you submit the request. The FAQ adds that the system shows your estimated payment date.

30-day grace period: new creators can submit a withdrawal request only after 30 days, counted from the day they sign up. Use this time to build your page and add your payout details.

Check your details carefully. For Bank Transfer, the FAQ asks for your full name, which must match your registered name. It also asks for your bank account number, bank name, full address, email address and postcode. For KBZ Pay, the Terms ask for an ID with your name and a KBZ Pay account at Level 2, and the two names must match. Incomplete or mismatched details can delay your payout.

Will I need a video call before my first withdrawal?

Possibly. Some new creators may be asked to complete a short video verification before their first withdrawal. The Terms say this applies to new creators who do not have a strong social media presence. During the call, you hold up your ID to confirm that you are the person shown on it. The Terms say this step helps to protect against fraud.

The FAQ says you schedule the call through your Telegram support group. If you are not sure whether it applies to you, ask there before you request your first payout.

What rules do creators have to follow?

eXantria has written content and conduct rules. The Terms say some breaks, such as advertising your own channels, lead to a ban. Key points from the Terms and the FAQ:

  • Adult-oriented content is not allowed.
  • No violence, violent material or abusive language.
  • No advertising of other platforms, such as Viber. Put your social media links only in your profile settings.
  • No selling your services outside the platform while you use eXantria.
  • No reposting Instagram or Facebook content and charging users a fee for it.

There is also a posting minimum. Creators who charge a monthly subscription must publish at least 2 posts per week and 10 posts per month for their paid subscribers. If you stay below that for 60 days in a row, eXantria may mark your account inactive or unpublish your page. eXantria can also remove posts with excessive pricing and low-quality or blurred images.

For examples, see what content is allowed on eXantria.

What happens with refunds and chargebacks?

The Terms say all payments are non-refundable. If a fan’s card payment is charged back, the money goes back to the fan and is deducted from the creator’s account. eXantria can also remove fraudulent charges from a creator’s balance.

How do I get help if something goes wrong?

The FAQ points creators to support for rejected applications and late payments, and it refers to your Telegram support group. The site footer also has a Contact us link. The Start page promises dedicated support from real people.

According to the FAQ, a payment can be late for these reasons:

  • Incomplete or inaccurate payment details.
  • Pending verification, including the video call.
  • System reviews for compliance with the Terms of Service.
  • Too few subscriber posts in the month.

What should I check before I join?

  1. You are 18 or older and have a government-issued ID that shows your picture and age.
  2. You have read the Terms of Service and the FAQ.
  3. Your payout account name matches your registered name (Bank Transfer) or the name on your ID (KBZ Pay).
  4. You know that payouts are monthly, take 14 business days to process, and that your first withdrawal request opens after the 30-day grace period.
  5. Your content follows the content rules.
  6. If you plan to charge a subscription, you can post at least 2 times per week and 10 times per month for subscribers.
