How Myanmar Creators Get Paid on eXantria (KBZ Pay and Wave)
Share
Myanmar creators get paid on eXantria once a month, and you can choose KBZ Pay or Wave as your payout method. To avoid delays, Myanmar-based creators must provide an ID with their name and a KBZ Pay account at Level 2, and the account name must match the name on the ID.
This guide explains each step in plain words: what to prepare, when you can make your first withdrawal, how long it takes, and what can slow it down. Every rule below comes from the eXantria Terms of Service and FAQ.
Which payout methods can Myanmar creators use?
The FAQ lists three payout options: Bank Transfer, GCash, and KBZ pay/Wave. KBZ Pay and Wave are the Myanmar wallet options in that list. To set it up, log in and go to Menu > Financial > Payout Method, then pick the option you want.
Your earnings on eXantria are counted in USD. The Terms say that for creator withdrawals, eXantria uses the current KBZ Bank rate at the time of payment.
What do Myanmar creators need to provide?
The Terms have a rule written just for Myanmar-based creators. You must provide:
- An ID with your name.
- A KBZ Pay account at Level 2.
- A matching name. The name on your KBZ Pay account must match the name on your ID.
This matters. The Terms say that if your ID and your pay account don’t match, you take on all the risks, including risks to your withdrawals. Check the spelling of your name in both places before you request a payout.
If you want to use Wave: the FAQ lists “KBZ pay/Wave” as one payout option, but the Terms still ask all Myanmar-based creators for a KBZ Pay account at Level 2. The Terms list no separate rules for Wave. Ask support which details they need before your first withdrawal.
When can I make my first withdrawal?
New creators can submit a withdrawal request only after a 30-day grace period. The 30 days count from the day you sign up on eXantria. Use that first month to set up your page, post regularly, and add your payout details.
If you haven’t opened your account yet, read how to get your eXantria creator account approved first. You must be 18 or older and submit a valid government-issued ID that clearly shows your picture and age.
When do Myanmar creators get paid?
Creators are paid once a month. First, you submit your payment request with the Make withdrawal button. The Terms say it takes 14 business days to process the request from the date you submitted it.
The FAQ adds that you can see an estimated payment date in the system. It is calculated automatically from your withdrawal date.
Is there a video call before the first payout?
Plan for one. The FAQ says eXantria requires a short video call to verify your identity on your first withdrawal, and you schedule it through your Telegram support group. The Terms say the short video verification is for new creators who don’t have a strong social media presence. Because the two pages differ, ask your Telegram support group whether the call applies to you. During the call, you hold up your ID so the team can confirm you are the same person shown on it. The Terms say this step helps to protect against fraud.
What fees come out before I get paid?
eXantria charges a 20% fee on your platform earnings, so you keep 80%. The fee is deducted automatically before payouts are processed. The FAQ says there are no other platform fees beyond the 20%, but your bank or payment provider may charge its own fees, and those are your responsibility.

Why might my payment be late?
The FAQ lists the most common reasons for a late payment:
- Incomplete or wrong payment details, for example missing information.
- Pending verification, including the first-withdrawal video call.
- Compliance reviews against the Terms of Service.
- Too few posts for subscribers in the month.
The last point is easy to miss. Creators who charge a monthly subscription must publish at least 2 posts per week and 10 posts per month for their paid subscribers. If you fall below the minimum for 60 days in a row, eXantria may mark your account inactive or unpublish your page. Our weekly posting schedule guide shows a simple way to stay on track.
If a payment is still late after you check these points, contact support.
