To subscribe to a creator on eXantria, you create a free account (you must be 18 or older), open the creator’s page, add a payment card and pay the monthly subscription price the creator has set. You can cancel at any time with the Unsubscribe button on the same page.

eXantria is a US-based platform for creators from Southeast Asia, mainly Myanmar and the Philippines. Most fans who support them are in the US and other Western countries. This guide walks you through every step, from signing up to cancelling, so you know exactly what you are paying for and how your money reaches the creator.

Who can subscribe on eXantria?

Anyone who is 18 years of age or older can use eXantria. The Terms of Service say the website is only for adults who can form a binding contract. If you are under 18, you must not use the site.

You also need your own account. Subscribing, messaging and buying content all need you to be signed in, because every payment and every subscription is tied to your account.

Step 1: Create your free account

Creating a fan account costs nothing. You can sign in with Google or Twitter if you prefer. eXantria also supports sign-in with a one-time code sent to you, so you do not have to remember another password. Our guide on how to log in to eXantria with OTP shows each screen.

Keep your login details private. The Terms make you responsible for everything that happens under your account, and you should tell eXantria right away if you think someone else has used it.

Step 2: Find creators you want to support

Once you are signed in, explore creator pages and follow the people whose work you like. Following is free and keeps a creator in your menu under Following, so you can come back later before you decide to subscribe.

Take a minute to read a creator’s profile before you pay. A good profile tells you what kind of posts they share, how often they post and what perks subscribers get. Creators learn how to set this up in our creator profile guide, so a complete profile is usually a sign of an active creator.

Step 3: Add a payment card

To subscribe to any profile, you need to add a payment card. Your card details are stored by a payment processor, not by eXantria. The Terms state that eXantria does not store any payment card information.

In rare cases, if a transaction looks suspicious, eXantria may ask you to validate your card, for example with a selfie with your ID and a photo of the card with only the last four digits visible. Your account may be paused until the card is verified. This protects you and the creators from fraud.

Step 4: Subscribe to the creator

Each creator sets their own monthly subscription price, so prices differ from page to page. Open the creator’s page, choose to subscribe and confirm the payment. Your subscription then gives you access to the posts that creator shares with paid subscribers.

Subscribers get regular new content, too. Creators who charge a monthly subscription must publish a minimum number of subscriber posts every month under the Terms, and eXantria can mark a page inactive if a creator stops posting for a long time.

What else can fans do besides subscribe?

A subscription is the main way to support a creator, but it is not the only one. On eXantria, fans can back creators through:

  • Tips: send extra support when a post makes your day.
  • Exclusive content: buy individual posts or perks a creator offers.
  • Private messages: chat one-to-one with creators, including paid chats where a creator offers them. See how to send private messages on eXantria.
  • Custom perks: special extras that some creators offer their biggest fans.

Keep every conversation respectful. Abusive language and violent material are not allowed, and users who break this rule can be banned without warning.

How much of my money goes to the creator?

Creators keep 80% of their earnings on eXantria. The platform’s 20% fee is deducted from the creator’s earnings before payouts. That means most of what you pay goes straight to the person you are supporting.

Creators are paid once a month. After a creator requests a withdrawal, payment takes 14 business days. For a creator in Yangon or Manila, a steady group of subscribers can make a real difference to monthly income.

What kind of content will I see?

eXantria creators share photos, videos, text and other materials for personal entertainment. Adult-oriented content is not allowed under the Terms and the FAQ, and the platform can remove low-quality or blurred images to keep the site in good shape. Read what content is allowed on eXantria for the full rules.

How do I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Go to the creator’s page and click the Unsubscribe button. The eXantria FAQ also links to a short step-by-step guide on cancelling.

Before you subscribe, know this: under the Terms, all payments are non-refundable. If you have a problem with a payment, contact eXantria support first by email or social media. Support usually replies within 1 business day.

Why contact support before your bank?

The Terms ask every customer to contact eXantria first and not to open a dispute with a card company before trying to solve the issue directly. A chargeback reverses the money from the creator’s account, and the user who files it may have their access to eXantria limited or stopped. Talking to support first is faster for you and fairer to the creator.
